WEEMPERS MPCS
MEMBER & USER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)
By registering on the Weempers Platform, I acknowledge and agree that I am applying to become a member of Weempers Multipurpose Cooperative Society (Weempers MPCS) and a user of the Weempers ecosystem.
1. Membership. I understand that every approved Weempers user is a member of Weempers MPCS and agrees to abide by the Society's constitution, rules, policies, and lawful decisions.
2. Accurate Information. I agree to provide true and accurate information and to complete any identification or verification requirements requested by Weempers MPCS.
3. Use of the Platform. I agree to use my account responsibly and lawfully. I will not engage in fraud, impersonation, unauthorized transactions, manipulation, or any activity that may harm Weempers MPCS or its members.
4. Cooperative Participation. I understand that membership may provide access to cooperative services, business opportunities, savings, contributions, rewards, marketplace services, and other programs made available by Weempers MPCS, subject to their respective terms.
5. Financial Transactions. I understand that all deposits, withdrawals, contributions, purchases, transfers, or other financial transactions are subject to applicable rules, verification, limits, fees, and applicable laws.
6. Account Responsibility. I am responsible for keeping my password, PIN, OTP, and other account credentials secure and for reporting unauthorized access immediately.
7. Suspension or Termination. Weempers MPCS may restrict, suspend, or terminate my account or membership where I violate this MOU, the Society's rules, or applicable laws.
8. Acceptance. By clicking "I Agree & Register," I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this MOU and agree to become a member of Weempers MPCS, subject to approval and applicable requirements.
